I love the colour of radish. Most of the time, we eat only the radish without the leaves. Putting on the zerowaste hat on again, I checked with the green grocer if I could eat the leaves before buying the bunches and he said yes if we cook it. So I explored some recipes and tried it in a Chinese Style soup by adding whatever you want - meat, carrots, goji berries for example. Due to it's slight peppery taste, we can also add it to pesto. And best of all, check out its nutritional values! So thrilled that I don't need to add more stuffs into my food bin but instead feed my belly!
