Gold of Syria Phase 1

For those of you who attended and sampled the delicious Chicken Mandi and Vine Leaves at the launch of Gold Of Syria back in April, we are now back to kick off Phase 1. The intent is to run this on a monthly basis until the end of 2019 (provided with sufficient demand and support by volunteers), introducing a different menu each time where the delicacies are finely prepared by a professional Syrian chef.

This community project is a joint venture between The Cosy and GoRendang, working alongside a team of volunteers. The tasteful marketing material below is designed by Rachel Khor Design, who is also a volunteer designer in this project, based remotely in the north. Proceeds from the lunchboxes are channelled into the funds for the Syrian refugees in Woking.
