Beetroot Leaves

We are just baffled that we only got to know most of the greens and leaves of the root vegetables are more nutritious than the vegetables itself! Anyway, never too late! Trying out this goodness and scrumptious beetroot greens stir-fry. Yes we always try to use them in Chinese recipes! Best of all, it is nutritious too! So stop discarding all your leafy tops!


As for the beetroot, we made Chinese Style soup by adding some carrots as a combination of vitamin C or beta-carotene from the carrots and plant-based iron beetroot will enhance body's iron absorption from food. 1 vege, multiple uses and benefits. What's not to love!
